Please choose your jewellery carefully, as I do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ring size. All of my jewellery is made with the utmost care and attention, but if ever you find there is a manufacturing fault then I will happily take the piece back and offer a full refund within 6 months or purchase date.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. For overseas (outside of Australia) customers, import taxes and duties will vary depending on location, so please familiarise yourself with your local rules in order to avoid any surprises from importing goods from overseas.

Once lodged with Australia Post, Poppy Huffer is unable take responsibility for the parcel and its contents. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase insurance for your parcel.
